  • Can I cancel my appointment?
    • We understand that people become unwell, or circumstances arise that may prevent you from making your appointment. We hope you understand that our practitioners often having people on a waiting list, so we ask you to contact us with sufficient notice where possible; generally with 24 hours notice. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  • What should I bring to my appointment? 
    • If you have been referred, please bring your referral letter. Any relevant scans can help such as X - rays, CT's, MRI's etc if you have them. It is also helpful if you bring shorts. If you don't have new shoes, don't buy any as we may recommend a suitable replacement if necessary.

  • Do you bulk bill? 
    • Yes! If you have an enhanced primary care plan from your GP.

  • Will my health fund cover my podiatry consultation? 
    • Generally, Yes, However this is dependant on the type and level of your cover. It is always best to check with your health fund prior to your consult.

  • Do you have HICAPS?
    • Yes, we have on the spot claiming and saves you the hassle of having to go to your health fund rebate. If covered you will only have to pay the gap, if any.

  • Is podiatry covered by Medicare? 
    • You may be eligible if your general practitioner has put in place an Enhanced Primary Care Plan. On this program patients are able to be Bulk Billed. Eligibility criteria is at your GP's discretion and is considered if you suffer from a chronic health condition.
